 Washing instructions:

We recommend washing your GIGI towel using cold water and a gentle wash cycle. Separately or with similar colored garments. Do not use chlorine or strong stain removers.

Shipping policy
All orders orders are prepared once payment and will leave within 48 hours, excluding weekendsand holidays. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, anemail will be sent to you including the tracking number. The cost of each shipment is charged to the recipient and it will be calculated automatically at thetime of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. Marimau LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipment or for delays indelivery.

Returns policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item, we ask you to send an e-mail to info@marimau.com with your request. The goods must in any case be returned, in their original condition, unwashed and unused, complete with label, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products returned with signs of wear or delivered after the deadline indicated will not beaccepted. Personalized items can’t be returned. The costs and risks of the return of product are borne by the sender.
